Together with South Pole, autoSense enables users to offset their actual CO2 emissions. The following project is currently available to users:

Swiss Iso-Biogas project

Large quantities of organic waste accumulate on Swiss farms. When these materials are stored in open containers, harmful greenhouse gases such as methane, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide are released into the atmosphere. By installing a biogas plant, farmers can use the methane to generate renewable electricity. A total of 11 biogas plants are participating in this programme, reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions. Farmers can also reduce their energy costs and contribute to a sustainable energy supply in Switzerland.
