There may be several reasons for this: 1) Your charging card is not stored in the app. Please note that the charging card is only activated when it is linked to an account in the app. 2) Next, check whether a valid credit card is stored in your profile. You can check this under ‘Payment method’ in your profile. 3) The station is private and can only be used by activated users or the station does not belong to the chargeON network. 4) In rare cases, the station may malfunction. You can find the hotline number of the respective station operator at the station and in the app.
1) First connect your vehicle to the charging station by plugging the charging cable into the vehicle. 2) If there is no charging cable at the station, plug your own first into the charging station and then into the car. 3) Authenticate yourself by holding your charging card to the marked RFID reader. 4) Charging begins.
To do this, use the “Forgotten password” function on the app's home page.
No, currently only the chargeON charging card can be connected to the app.
1) First connect your vehicle to the charging station by plugging the charging cable into the vehicle. 2) If there is no charging cable at the station, first plug your own into the charging station and then into the car. With the map, you can find charging stations that are integrated into the chargeON network. 3) Open the app when you are at the charging station. Based on your location, the app will immediately display the charging stations in your area. 4) Find the charging station in the app. 5) Click on ‘Charge now’. If there are several charging stations, you can use the charging station ID to find the correct charging station. This charging station ID can be found on the charging station itself. 6) Then click on ‘Pay now’. 7) The charging process will begin.
These charging cards can easily continue to be used.
