Charging and billing solutions

E-fleet solutions

Converting your fleet to electric mobility and managing your existing e-fleet is easy and simple with autoSense.

Challenges for fleet managers

Converting and managing an electric fleet is not always easy. Fleet managers are responsible for ensuring that the charging needs of their electric vehicle fleet are covered and that billing is accurate and tax-compliant.

This creates the following challenges for companies:

Insight into all transactions

The majority of charging processes are carried out at home, which means that the company is not aware of all transactions.

Reimbursement of private electricity purchases

The companies are unable to calculate exactly how many kWh were charged and at what price they were purchased at home.

Optimize the efficiency of charging processes

Monitoring the duration, location and costs of charging processes is difficult for fleet managers, which means that no optimizations can be made.

FAQs

If your question is not answered here, you can contact us directly.

When charging with the charging card, I get the message that my charging card is not authorized.

There may be several reasons for this: 1) Your charging card is not stored in the app. Please note that the charging card is only activated when it is linked to an account in the app. 2) Next, check whether a valid credit card is stored in your profile. You can check this under ‘Payment method’ in your profile. 3) The station is private and can only be used by activated users or the station does not belong to the chargeON network. 4) In rare cases, the station may malfunction. You can find the hotline number of the respective station operator at the station and in the app.

How do I charge with the charging card?

1) First connect your vehicle to the charging station by plugging the charging cable into the vehicle. 2) If there is no charging cable at the station, plug your own first into the charging station and then into the car. 3) Authenticate yourself by holding your charging card to the marked RFID reader. 4) Charging begins.

I've forgotten my password.

To do this, use the “Forgotten password” function on the app's home page.

Can I also store another charging card in the chargeON app?

No, currently only the chargeON charging card can be connected to the app.

How do I load with the app?

1) First connect your vehicle to the charging station by plugging the charging cable into the vehicle. 2) If there is no charging cable at the station, first plug your own into the charging station and then into the car. With the map, you can find charging stations that are integrated into the chargeON network. 3) Open the app when you are at the charging station. Based on your location, the app will immediately display the charging stations in your area. 4) Find the charging station in the app. 5) Click on ‘Charge now’. If there are several charging stations, you can use the charging station ID to find the correct charging station. This charging station ID can be found on the charging station itself. 6) Then click on ‘Pay now’. 7) The charging process will begin.

I still have a Helion Charge:ON charging card. Can I continue to use them?

These charging cards can easily continue to be used.
