autoSense: How do you use autoSense when refueling?
Angela Simeone: I've been using the app for this since the beginning. Either way, I carry my mobile phone with me anytime and anywhere, making it easy, quick and convenient to use. I only refuel via the app and therefore no longer need my card at all. The Migrolcard is stored in the app. No matter where I am, it shows me directly where the nearest Migrol gas station is.
How did you find autoSense?
It happened to me when I changed my car. Fleet Management has installed an autoSense adapter in the new vehicle. Shortly after, I received a newsletter with all information about autoSense and refueling via the app. As a team leader, I immediately tried it out and lo and behold, after using it for the first time, I was absolutely thrilled and encouraged my team to try it out as well. We're all big fans now.
What inspires you about it?
That it's so easy to use. It goes Zack Zack and is also convenient. By using it on our daily companion, the mobile phone, it can be used anytime and anywhere. I don't need any local knowledge and can be navigated to the nearest Migrol gas station. It saves a lot of time. In the current corona situation, I can avoid any contact at the cash registers and make secure and contactless payments and drive away. It's that fast!
Why would you recommend refueling with the app to your colleagues?
Basically, I recommend it to everyone because the mobile phone is always with me and all you have to do is use the app to refuel. In my team, for example, everyone works with their smartphones and therefore has the advantage of having “all in one”.
