Finally an end to the complex, handwritten travel documentation

Tired of the hassle of keeping a handwritten logbook? autoSense offers the perfect digital and tax-compliant logbook.

Keeping a logbook is quite time-consuming. Journeys must be documented promptly and completely. All trips, including private ones, must be entered by hand if required and with information about the driver, the mileage at the start and end of the journey, the departure point and the date and purpose of the trip. It's much easier with a digital logbook.

How the digital logbook works:

In the autoSense app, categorize your trip as a personal, business or work trip. By entering your home and work address, all trips between these locations are automatically classified as a way to work. And if you have regular working hours and enter them, then all trips during these hours are automatically marked as business trips.

autoSense therefore automatically records your trips with duration, distance and start or end point. You can now export this data as a CSV Excel file with just a few clicks. You can simply select the desired period (month, year). In this way, you separate your business trips from private trips and can calculate them directly as expenses.

Is the logbook also tax-compliant?

Of course, we have had our logbook checked by the tax authority and it complies with valid case law and therefore tax requirements.

Conclusion: It has never been easier to keep a tax-compliant logbook or submit your vehicle expenses!
