Deciding on an e-fleet can be a complex matter. BKW supports autoSense fleetPro customers for whom electric mobility is an issue in making decisions. By analyzing the collected autoSense data, BKW can prepare a detailed e-mobility analysis on request. This gives a clear overview of which gasoline and diesel vehicles are best suited to replace and switch to electric drives and what total costs (including charging infrastructure) can be expected.

And this is how it works:

The actual driving profiles of each individual vehicle are recorded over several weeks using the autoSense OBD-II adapter and compared with the characteristics of electric cars. The analysis provides information about the suitability and economic efficiency of the various electric vehicles in the fleet. In doing so, BKW looks at the entire fleet and makes specific, individual recommendations for each vehicle as to whether and which electric vehicle is suitable as a replacement. Decision-making criteria include the total cost of ownership (TCO), range requirements based on actual driving behavior and the type of vehicle use. Specific vehicle requirements such as all-wheel drive, tonneau requirements or representativeness are also included in the recommendations. The necessary charging infrastructure can also be calculated and dimensioned from the information on downtimes and locations.

Added value for companies:

Converting a vehicle fleet to electric vehicles requires good planning. As a competent partner, BKW supports companies and offers a comprehensive e-mobility report.

Comprehensive e-mobility report:

With the BKW e-mobility fleet check, companies get everything from a single source — from analysis to evaluation and advice. The individual fleet report based on all fleet vehicles serves as a well-founded basis for decision-making. The analyses take into account the overall context of charging infrastructure and energy production and offer a TCO analysis for maximum transparency. BKW specialists support the company throughout the project and provide know-how and experience.
If you are interested, you can request a sample report from BKW. The e-mobility report is prepared and billed directly by BKW on behalf of the autoSense FleetPro customer. After approval by the customer, autoSense only provides BKW with the data necessary for the analysis and is neither part of the contractual arrangements between BKW and the customer nor responsible for the preparation of the e-mobility report and its content.
